99xo Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 99xo in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and 99xo regarding your use of the platform.

3. Account Rules

Each individual may hold only one account on 99xo. Duplicate accounts — whether created under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — will be closed and any balances associated with them may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your account details current. If your phone number, email address, or payment method changes, update your account profile promptly.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your password with anyone. 99xo support staff will never ask you for your full password. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately and change your password.

• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to another person.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access any features of the platform.
• All activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you personally performed the actions.
• 99xo may request identity verification at any point. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in temporary or permanent restriction of account access and withdrawal processing.

99xo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that breaches these rules, that is suspected of fraudulent activity, or that is involved in any behaviour that undermines the integrity of the platform or other users.

4. Deposits and Payments

All account balances and transactions on 99xo are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the payment section of your account.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 99xo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or mobile wallet infrastructure outside of 99xo's control.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.
• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. If you believe a deposit was processed incorrectly, contact support as soon as possible with transaction details.
• 99xo does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with your bank or wallet provider before initiating a transfer.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the Withdrawal section of your account. Available withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfer. The available methods and processing times for each are shown in your account at the time of the request.

• Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method or account used for deposits where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to protect all users.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, 99xo may require identity verification. This involves confirming your name, phone number, and other account details. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed during the withdrawal process. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times vary. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed more quickly than bank transfers. Actual timing depends on both 99xo processing and the receiving payment system.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Only cleared, real-money balances are eligible for withdrawal unless bonus terms specify otherwise.

99xo reserves the right to delay, hold, or refuse a withdrawal request if there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or an unresolved identity verification issue. 6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 99xo are subject to the specific rules of the sport or event in question, as well as the general betting rules below. Placing a bet constitutes your agreement to all applicable rules.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed and assigned a bet ID by the platform. Screenshots of bet slips before confirmation are not proof of a valid bet.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• 99xo reserves the right to void or restrict bets where a clear pricing error has occurred, where suspicious betting patterns are detected, or where the integrity of an event is in question. Affected users will be notified.
• Live betting markets (in-play) may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.
• For Cricket, PSL, T20, and other cricket events, specific settlement rules apply based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Rain-affected matches, abandoned matches, and Duckworth-Lewis results are settled according to the official ruling body's final determination.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are shown in the bet slip and vary by sport, market type, and account status.
• 99xo does not accept bets placed on behalf of another person or as part of any organised syndicate arrangement.

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of 99xo's trading team is final. Any disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event's result being published on the platform.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

99xo offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the Promotions page.

• Bonuses are issued to accounts that meet the eligibility criteria stated in each offer. Eligibility is assessed at the time the bonus is claimed and cannot be appealed after the bonus has been issued.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 99xo. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or any other time.
• Creating more than one account per person under any circumstances.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to place bets, access the platform, or exploit game or betting systems.
• Colluding with other users to exploit betting markets, Live Casino games, or Bingo rooms.
• Attempting to manipulate, interfere with, or reverse-engineer any aspect of the platform's software, odds engine, or game logic.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any proceeds of crime.
